Last month, a member of ACP Ohio visited Berlin and paid respects at the Ernst Thälmann monument and the Red Army memorial. ACP Ohio honored Thälmann’s leadership of the German communist movement, his opposition to Nazism, and his legacy as the first hero of the GDR.
This week, ACP Ohio members volunteered in Cincinnati with Give Like A Mother (GLAM), sorting and organizing clothing for local children & teens. GLAM provides reliable access to high-quality, seasonally appropriate clothing so students can focus on school instead of basic needs.

ACP Ohio members recently partnered with People Feeding People in Akron to support grocery distribution after the recent winter storm. Members helped with setup and takedown efforts to ensure residents in nearby low-income housing maintained access to food during extreme cold.
